Youth Leadership, Mentoring & Resilience Program

Building Strong Young People On and Off the Mats

At POUNDFORCE MMA, we believe martial arts is about more than learning techniques. It is about helping young people develop the confidence, resilience, leadership skills and personal responsibility needed to navigate life's challenges. Our Youth Leadership, Mentoring & Resilience Program uses martial arts-based training to support young people in developing positive habits, self-discipline, emotional regulation and strong character in a safe, structured and supportive environment. Through positive coaching, mentorship and practical skill development, participants are encouraged to recognise their strengths, overcome challenges and build the confidence to make positive choices both on and off the mats. Every young person is different. We aim to provide an environment where participants feel supported, challenged and empowered to grow at their own pace.
